It’s that time of year when all the stores are filled with red and pink hearts of everything you can imagine and songs of love is in the air. Ever since my kids found out that Valentine’s Day is the next holiday coming up, they have been making valentine cards non-stop. Arts and crafts has always been a go-to in our home! The kids will literally spend hours making things so I thought I would get together a fun craft basket filled with things that they can use to make their valentines!
I grabbed a basket that we already had at home, and gathered some festive craft supplies that we had in stock as well. Felt and foam hearts that we got last year at Michaels, pretty doilies from the dollar store, stickers, sparkly letters, glitter glue, a heart puncher, and anything else that would be fun to create with. I also included few pages from my Valentine’s Day play dough mats as an open ended printable if the kids wanted to cut things out and glue them to their cards.
I finished off the basket with some fun pennants from my shop. You can grab the Valentine’s Day Decor Set for yourself using the link below. This is such a creative and fun twist to a love basket that you could give to your kiddos as a gift. If you have a child that loves to make things, give this Valentine’s Day craft basket a try!
