Since we’ve been trying to implement some learning at home, I have been a huge fan of counting clip cards! They are so quick and easy to make, and the kids just love being able to use the pegs as a learning tool. It’s a great fine motor work out as well!
Counting clip cards are a step up from learning how to count. Once your child has learned how to count efficiently, clip cards can be introduced to practice number recognition. They will be counting the quantity and then will need to associate that with the correct number form. This activity has been great for my 4 year old daughter to revamp on what she already knows and I definitely plan on using clip cards for when she is learning the next set of numbers as well.
