Here is an idea for the most simple St. Patrick’s Day treat that you can imagine. It literally takes a few minutes and is totally festive and cute!
I love creating magical memories for my kids during the holidays. I want to do all the things to make it extra special, memorable, and hope that it can become traditions over years to come. BUT, having always been a working mom, time is the biggest challenge I face and something that I find myself constantly lacking. But I learned over the years that kids don’t need to have all the fancy set ups or activities to have fun and simple can be just as magical as well!
So for this super simple and quick treat, you will need a bag of rainbow Twizzlers, mini marshmallows, some colorful sprinkles (optional), and a small bag to contain it all together. I use these treat bags for everything!
Grab a few mini marshmallows and put them into the bag, then use a few different colored Twizzlers and bend them into the shape of a rainbow and put them into the bag. Add some sprinkles for some more fun and you have a festive and fun treat that resembles a rainbow and clouds! I tied mine up with some fun yarn and ribbon and added our St. Patrick’s Day gift tags for the final touch! This can be given out as classmate treats or as fun snacks for your kiddos to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day! Didn’t I tell you this was going to be easy?
