It is that time of year again when love fills the air and notes of affection are passed around. Each year we try to create a valentine that is fun to create but also something that the kids are really into or are excited to be giving out. My son, like most boys are obsessed with cars. So we thought it would be a perfect valentine to give out to his preschool classmates and friends!
We found a pack of race cars at Walmart at a really good price! There are 8 in a pack with a variety of designs and colors. Now that we found our valentine object, it was time to create the card! The printable valentine cards have graphic elements that give the feel of being in a race and there is a strip of the road where we can attach the cars.
Now there are several ways that the toy car can be attached. I have seen some that were hole punched and tied together with string or taped on with pretty washi tape, but we kept it simple and just attached it with clear tape. The end result is so fun and my son is super excited to give them out to his buddies!
